Soft-state products can consistently achieve hardness below HV60, with electrical conductivity exceeding 100% IACS. The strip surface is burr-free, with excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, reducing transformer copper losses. The flat structure provides rapid heat dissipation, resistance to short-circuit impacts, and is suitable for dry-type foil-wound and oil-immersed power transformer windings.
